Edmond R.C.
Moore
February 16, 1968 – May 16, 2026
Edmond R.C. Moore, age 58, passed away surrounded by the love and memories of the family who meant so much to him.
Edmond was a man who truly enjoyed life’s simple but meaningful moments—time outdoors, family traditions, competition, and making memories with the people he loved. He had a deep love for hunting and fishing and found some of his greatest happiness in the outdoors. Whether fishing on Lake Michigan, taking annual fishing trips to Canada, or heading to Montana for hunting trips with his father and brother, those experiences became some of the stories and memories his family will cherish forever.
Edmond was also an athlete at heart. In high school, he proudly played quarterback, carrying that competitive spirit with him throughout his life. His love for sports continued well beyond those years, especially through countless softball games spent playing alongside his brother, Steven “Stevie” Moore. Those years brought not only competition, but memories, laughter, and a bond that remained special throughout life.
A skilled tradesman, Edmond worked for many years as a jig and fixture builder, taking pride in his craftsmanship, strong work ethic, and ability to build with precision and skill.
Above all else, Edmond was a father, grandfather, brother, and family man.
He is lovingly survived by his son, Edmond R.C. Moore; daughter-in-law, Kelsey Moore; and his beloved grandchildren, Brooklynn, Hayden, Gabriel, Layla, Landon, and Jordyn, who brought him tremendous joy.
He is also survived by his brother, Steven “Stevie” J. Moore, his wife, Shellie Neuhaus Moore, and their sons, Seth and Sammy; along with his sister, Melissa, and her children, Justin and Courtney.
Edmond was preceded in death by his loving parents, Janice and Edmond Moore.
Edmond will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his competitive spirit, his hardworking nature, and the memories he created with family and friends over the years. While his passing leaves a tremendous void, the stories, traditions, and moments shared with him will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
