Pence, Edna M. Evart and formerly of Fremont Edna M. Pence, age 77, of Evart and formerly of Fremont passed away at Spectrum Hospital Reed City Campus on Monday morning August 13, 2002 . She was born on December 29, 1924 , to Clarence and Clara (Hill) Willett in Addison , Michigan . She married Bill C. Pence on October. 26, 1947, in Oakland County and he preceded her in death in 1988. Surviving are 9 daughters, Nancy Weaver of Evart, Rosemary (Leonard) Jones of White Cloud, Catherine Pence of Fremont, Dorothy (James) Wanstead of Leroy, Judy (Terry) Wansteadt of Leroy, Susie Erard of Fremont, Pamela (Terrell) Hayden of Morley, Marilyn (Doug) Becker of Big Rapids, and Molly Pence of Fremont; 6 sons, Daniel (Truedene) Pence of Newaygo, Jerry Pence of Brighton, William (Sherene) Pence of White Cloud, Thomas (Missy) Pence of Fremont, Michael (Valerie) Pence of Fremont, and Richard (Valerie) Pence of Cadillac; 36 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 brothers and 3 sisters; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services were held on Thursday, August 15, 2002 , at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with Pastor Steve Finn officiating.
