Edna "Vidy" Viola Ohrling, age 86, of Hesperia, passed away Tuesday at Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. She was born on May 26, 1914, in Fountain, Michigan to John and Laura (Wolf) Loftis. She is survived by her 3 sons Marvin (Nancy) Ohring of Port Huron, Michael (Kay) Ohring of Whitehall, and Patrick (Faye) Ohring of Hesperia; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister Laura Booth of Muskegon; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 4 sisters, 3 brothers, and husband W. "Marvin" Ohring in 1994. A time for sharing with the Ohring family was held on Saturday, November 18, 2000, at the Crandell Funeral Home Chapel.
