Elaine Kay Bovay Gemoll, age 72, of Fremont passed away on August 5, 2013 at her home. Elaine was born on March 27, 1941 in Muskegon to Murray and Lorna (Sabotta) Bovay and married Daryl Theodore Gemoll in Muskegon in 1970. Elaine was a Lutheran school teacher in her younger years and later was a partner in her husbands business as a State Processor. Elaine loved to teach people about the Bible and was a member of the Holton Evangelical Lutheran Church. Elaine is survived by her children, Troy (Kirsten) Gemoll of Milwaukee, WI. and Trent Gemoll of Kenosh, WI.; grandchildren, Robert, William, Emily, Ashley, and Camden; brothers and sisters, Roger Alan Bovay of South Dakota, Vicki Lanette Bovay of Fremont, Jeanette Lee Rush of Fremont, and Aaron Douglas Bovay of North Muskegon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daryl in April 1997 and her twin sister, Phyllis Marie Floer. A memorial service celebrating Elaines life will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at the Holton Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Paul Zagers officiating.
