Emily P. Anes, age 22 of Bridgeton, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. Emily was born on January 19, 1994 in Fremont to James and Diana (Gillhespy) Anes and has been a resident of the Howard City and Bridgeton area all her life and graduated from Tri County High School in 2013. Emily had been a caregiver for her nieces, enjoyed watching movies and reality television, listening to all types of music from country to classic rock to new age. Emily especially enjoying being a new mom to her daughter, Zoey. Emily is survived by her daughter, Zoey of Bridgeton; her mother, Diana Nowak of Bridgeton; her father, Jim Anes of Morley; sisters, Joyce Anes of Grand Rapids; Stephanie Anes of Grand Rapids; Azalea Anes of Grant; Chloe Wyese of Fremont; her brother, Mitchell (Jordyn) Gillhespy of Fremont; her paternal grandmother, Marie Anes of Howard City; nieces and nephews, Davin Anes, Lavell Winters, Audrek Armstrong, Bailey Armstrong, Isaac Gillhespy, Korah Gillhespy, Simon Gillhespy, Erica Thompson, Aubrie Thompson; several aunts and uncles; many special friends. Emily was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jack Anes.
