Skowronski, Emily Jean Emily Jean Skowronski, age 48 of Holton formerly of Dorr, passed away Friday, August 30, 2002 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids She was born on August 19, 1954 to Henry and Ruth (Tubergan) and married Thomas Skowronski in 1988 in Allegan. She has been resident of he Holton Area since 1994 where she was a devoted wife and mother. She was also a member of the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Brunswick . She is survived by her husband, Thomas and son Broderick Skowronski of Holton; her brother, James (Gail) Walma of Colorado; her sister, Janet (Herb) Stivers of Dorr; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; special friend, Dorthea Appleby of Byron Center; mother & father-in-law, Richard & Leonre Skowronski of Newaygo; sister-in-law, Mary Beth (Jerry) Berndt; brother-in-laws, Steven Skowronski; John & Mary Skowronski . She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ruth Walma. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 4, 2002 from the St. Michaels Catholic Church with Rev. Father Michael Alber presiding with interment in the St.Michaels Catholic Cemetery .
