Emma Lodema Wilson, age 69 of White Cloud, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at her home. She was born on April 2, 1933 in Big Rapids, Michigan to Charlie and Eva (Kaiser) Spicer and moved to the White Cloud area in 1951 from Big Rapids. Emma has been a homemaker all her life and enjoyed crocheting, sewing, her outdoor animals and fishing. She is survived by her children, Eva Wilson of White Cloud; Gerald (Hazel) Wilson of White Cloud; 2 grandchildren, Austin Wilson of White Cloud; Ashley Wilson of Newaygo; step grandchildren, Justin Fisk, Devin Fisk, Cody Delia; her sister, Aleen LaPrise of Grand Ledge; her brother, Charlie (Carol) Spicer of Salt Lake City, Utah; her sister-in-law, Shirley Spicer of Big Rapids; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Lillian Foust of Big Rapids. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Ruth Spicer and Evalyne Longcore; brothers, Henry Spicer and Edward Spicer. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 1, 2003 from the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with Rev. Dan Spicer presiding with interment in the Big Prairie Everett Township Cemetery .
