Eric N. Britton, age 31 of Fremont, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. Eric was born on December 30, 1979 in Fremont to Larry and Paula (Rottman) Britton and graduated from Fremont High School in 1998. Eric had worked in the cable installation industry and later started work as a machine operator at AFTECH, division of Total Plastics in Rockford. Eric enjoyed fishing, golfing, 4 wheel off road driving especially in the sand dunes at Silver Lake and simply chilling with his friends. Eric is survived by his mother and stepfather, Paula (Stephen) Corrigan of White Cloud; his brother, Michael (Cara) Britton of Fremont; special friend, Jenn Aldrink of Fremont; his paternal grandmother, Helen Britton of Fremont; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; his buds, Jos; Dan, Kevin and Josh. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Britton in 2007 and by his maternal grandparents, Memorial services be held on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes at 1pm following Erics wishes for cremation.
