Eric A. Genther, age 32 of White Cloud, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at his home. Eric was born on March 27, 1989 in Fremont to Keith and Kelly S. (Shatney) Genther and graduated from Newaygo High School in 2007. Eric joined the United States Air Force in December of 2007 and served in the United States Air Force during the Operation Iraqi Freedom until his honorable discharge. Eric met Jaymie Puskarich in 2016 and they were married on September 28, 2020 in White Cloud. Eric enjoyed hunting, fishing and the Michigan outdoors; spending time with family; cooking, golfing and his 97 truck. He was currently working at Parsley's Sport Shop in Newaygo. Eric is survived by his wife, Jaymie of White Cloud; his children, Archer, Tucker, and Levi; his father, Keith Genther of White Cloud; his sister, Angela (Keith) Rock of Grand Rapids; his nephews, Corbin Miller and Maddox Rock; his maternal grandparents, Tom (Carol) Shatney of Muskegon; his aunt, Kim (Larry Range) Salacina of Newaygo; his uncle, Kevin (Amy) Shatney of Muskegon; several cousins. Eric was preceded in death by his mother, Kelly Genther on February 27, 2020; his paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Wilma Genther.
