Mast, Esther Esther Mast, age 83, of Fremont , passed away Saturday, April 12, 2003 , at Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont . She was born on June 25, 1919 , in Fremont to John & Eva (Zagers) Breuker and married Raymond J. Mast on April 12, 1940 , in Fremont . She was a faithful member of the First Christian Reformed Church in Fremont and had been involved in Project Philip for many years. She is survived by her sons, Wayne (Sandra) Mast and James (Marcia) Mast both of Fremont; 5 grandchildren, Debra (John) Leonard, Jeff (Sandy) Mast, Brenda Mast, Jonathan Mast, and Joshua Mast; 6 great-grandchildren, Erica, Lindsay, and John Leonard, Samuel and Benjamin Mast, and Travis Mast; brothers, George (Helene) Breuker of Fremont and Edward (Norma) Breuker of East Lansing; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Alvin and Barbara Mast; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond in 2001; daughter Sandra VerSchueren in 1982; sisters, Joanne Vander Stelt, Alice Brezinski, and Evelyn Lubbers. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 15, 2003 , at the First Christian Reformed Church with Rev. Allen Petroelje officiating. Interment was in Maple Grove Cemetery .
