Jones, Eva Eva Jones, age 87 of White Cloud, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2003 at the Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont . Eva was born on February 8, 1916 in Denver , Colorado to Clarence and Lula ( Ewing ) Moore and married Carl B. Jones on November 1, 1933 in Grant. Carl preceded her in death on October 6, 1991 . Eva has been a lifelong resident of the White Cloud area where she had been a homemaker, enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, flowers, loved to read and enjoyed her friendship with her companion and dog, Bingo. She is survived by her daughter, Lila Weaver of Fremont; her granddaughters, Dawn ((Donald) Hollowell of Fremont; Deb (Steve) Hudson of Grant; her great grandchildren, Tammy Jordan of Fremont; Tara (Ronald) Flaquel of Fremont; Christy DeRuiter of Fremont; Rachel (Chuck) McCloud of Fremont; Lisa Hudson of Fremont; Stephanie Hudson of Grant; 10 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl and a brother, Donald Moore. Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 26, 2003 from the White Cloud Cemetery with the Eva Jones family presiding with interment in the White Cloud Cemetery.
