Evelyn Marie Rowe, age 72, of Croton went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 17, 2015. Evelyn was born on September 19, 1942, in Kalamazoo to Samuel and Viola Marie (Williams) Tinkey had been a member of the Croton Church of Christ. Evelyn enjoyed flowers, puzzles, crafting, spending time with her family, and her Church. Evelyn is survived by her children, David Rowe of Newaygo, April (Mike) Scheppelman of Newmark, Tennessee, and Buddy (Amber DeVroome) Rowe II of Hopkins; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Shirley Myers; brother-in-law, Harold Weaver; and sister-in-law, Carol Tinkey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy; daughter, Camelia; sisters, Norma Pace and Helen Weaver; brothers, Lawrence Tinkey and Richard Tinkey; and brothers-in-law, John Myers and Roy Pace. Graveside services will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at the Croton Township Cemetery with Dr. David French officiating.
