Lubke, Faye F. Faye F. Lubke, age 95, of Fremont passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at Altercare in Big Rapids. She was born on December 19, 1904 in Deer Creek, Indiana to William and Yetta (Julius) Hollowell and married Lue Lubke on April 9, 1924 in Fremont. She was a member of the Fremont United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Church Womens Society. She is survived by her loving daughter Carol Carlson of Big Rapids; son Dr. William (Marilyn) Lubke of Ormond Beach, Florida; 5 grandchildren; 8 greatgrandchildren; and sister Donna (Alvin) Paull of Grand Rapids. She was preceded in death by her husband Lue; daughter Betty Lou Lubke; 2 grandchildren, Chris Carlson and Mark Lubke; and several brothers and sisters. Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 15, 2000, from the Fremont United Methodist Church with Rev. Daniel Duncan officiating. Interment followed in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends are asked to consider The Fremont Area Foundation for the Fremont United Methodist Church Endowment Fund for a more lasting memorial.
