Frances L. Erway, age 67, of Bitely passed away at her home on Friday, January 23, 2015. Frances was born on April 4, 1947 in Plainwell, Michigan and married Lyman Berl Erway on July 20, 1979. Frances was an administrative assistant for the Allegan County Health Department, former member of the Merrill Township Fire Dept. She served as a trustee on the Merrill Township Board and was a member of the Brohman Chapel. Frances enjoyed sewing, quilting, mushrooming, and visiting with her friends and family. Frances is survived by her children, and Lisa (Chris Kinney) Laws of Brohman, David (Toni) Laws of Borculo, Lyman G. Buck (Lynn) Erway of Novi; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Lyman Berl Erway; grandson, George Goodrich; and great granddaughter, Dakota VanAlstine. A Celebration of Life for Frances will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2 PM at the Brohman Chapel.
