Frances Trainor Waltman, age 80 of White Cloud, passed away Friday, November 17, 2000 at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont. She was born on August 17, 1920 in Plainfield, Illinois to Thomas John and Elizabeth Ann (McGrady) Trainor and later married Harold F. Waltman. Harold preceded her in death in 1960. She has been a resident of the White Cloud area for the past 50 years where she was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church. She had been a telephone operator for the Illinois Bell Company for many years and was a member of the White Cloud Eagles, Aerie #4170 Ladies Auxillary and the Fremont Moose Auxiliary. She is survived by her brother, Thomas J. Trainor of Bee Branch, Arkansas; many nieces and nephews and many special friends in the White Cloud area. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, November 21, 2000 from the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Father Richard VanLente as celebrant.
