White, Francis H. Francis H. White, age 85 of Bitely, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2004 at the Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. Francis was born on July 26, 1919 in Englewood, Colorado, the son of Frank O. and Lillie White and later married Juanita Duke on October 23, 1957 in Denver, Colorado. Juanita preceded him in death on May 5, 2004. Francis has been a resident of the Bitely area for the past 30 years and had been a construction worker in commercial construction until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing and sports. Francis is survived by his son, Salahuddin (Francis White Jr.) Omar of Philadelphia; 2 grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Ruth Jones of Denver, Colorado; Helen (Ed) Taube of Fremont; Michael Duke of Arizona; Martin Duke of Arizona; Barbara Lynch of Denver, Colorado; Leslie (Nina) Duke of Denver, Colorado; Reginald Duke of Denver, Colorado; Francis Duke of Denver, Colorado; John Paul Duke of Denver Colorado; Rolfe Duke of Atlanta, Georgia; his sister, Catherine Peters of Colorado; his brother-in-law, Leslie Duke of White Cloud; special devoted family friends, Iris Rose of Colorado; Marie Lake of Bitely; host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Juanita on May 5, 2004 and his nephew, Elisha Jones in July 2004. Funeral services were held on Monday, September 20, 2004 from the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with Rev.
