Frank K. Silardi, age 79 of White Cloud, passed away Friday, October 5, 2012 at his home. Frank was born on September 26, 1933 in Detroit to Peter and Frances (Fantozzi) Silardi and later married Inez Lenard on May 17, 1958 in Detroit. Frank started work at the Ford Motor Company in Detroit at the age of 19 and worked for 30 years until his retirement as a tug driver at the age of 49. Frank moved to the White Cloud area in 1970 from Redford, Michigan and was a member of the White Cloud Eagles, Aerie Post #4170. Frank had enjoyed hunting in his younger years, always was willing to help his friends and neighbors with projects, enjoyed carpentry and could fix anything. Frank is survived by his wife, Inez of White Cloud; his children, Kathryn (Ron) Dondzila of Canton; Frank A. (Vivian) Silardi of Fremont; Linda Morgan of Coral Springs, Florida; Ann Terry (Rick) Strait of Payette, Idaho; 11 grandchildren, Nicholas, Rachel, Shauntina, Katie, Erik, Randy, Marla, Kory, Kristen, Zachary and Trina; 3 great grandchildren, Madison, Ryder, and Trinity; his sister, Mamie and brother, Mike; several nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul and Joe and sisters, Amelia and Mary. VISITATION : Tuesday, October 9, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8.
