Franklin D. McMeans, age 57 of White Cloud, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the Great Lakes Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. Frank was born on September 5, 1956 in Fremont to Ralph Winston and Mina Lee (Whitener) McMeans and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Frank had been a handyman in the White Cloud area for several years. Frank is survived by many friends in the White Cloud area. A time of remembrance and celebration for Frank will be held on June 28, 2014 at 3pm at the White Cloud Raceway Park.
