Fredrick "Fred" George King, age 61, of Fremont passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. Fred was born on February 19, 1957, in Muskegon to Raymond William and Roycine Cynthia (Rawdon) King Sr. and is a graduate of Muskegon Catholic Central High School. Fred worked for many years at Herman Miller Corporation, enjoyed hunting and fishing, was a huge Lions Football fan, and cherished time with his family. Fred is survived by his children, Cody Willson King of Norton Shores and Casey Fredrick King of Norton Shores; their mother, Sherri King of Norton Shores; Fred's mother, Roycine of Fremont; brother and sister, Raymond W. King Jr. of Wyoming and Connie (Tom) Wall of Holton; and many nieces and nephews. Fred was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Sr. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 11 AM at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Peter Schafer officiating. There will be visitation at the Church one hour prior to the Mass. Memorial contributions may be made to the King family to assist with funeral expenses.
