George Russell Johnson Jr., age 51 of Fremont, formerly of White Cloud, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 30, 2023 at his home. George was born on May 11, 1972 in Muskegon to George Russell and Alice May (Bowden) Johnson Sr. and had been a cook in food service for several years. George enjoyed listening to music, tubing down the river, walking and riding his bike. George is survived by his parents, George and Alice Johnson Sr. of Fremont; his daughter, Alicia May Johnson of Ohio; his brother, Dennis William Johnson of Fremont; his aunt, Tammy (Mike) Duell of Twin Lake; his uncle, Robert (Carol) Bowden of Ravenna; several nieces and nephews.
