Glenna B. Gardenour, 82, of Fremont, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on June 29, 2024.   Glenna was born April 1, 1942 in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Glenn and Maud (Purkiss) Anderson.  While living in Connecticut, Hawaii, and Michigan, Glenna worked at several different jobs while raising her children.  She enjoyed trips to the casino, scenic drives, watching birds, putting puzzles together, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Glenna is survived by her children David (Nancy) Grover of Harrisville, Michigan; Melissa (Shane) Hawes of Fremont; and Eric (Anne) Bell of Sebewaing, Michigan; her grandchildren, Nathan (Jena) Schopieray, Ashleigh Bell, Trevor Bell, Morgan Bell, Dalton Anderson, Levi Anderson, Bobbie Carter, James "JJ" Taylor, Jamie Lovelette; many great grandchildren; and brother Jim (Priscilla) Anderson of Fruitport.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Gardenour; her sister, June Stanton; her daughter, Deborah "Debbie" Empie; and her grandson, Anthony "Tony" Empie.
