Gloria K. Hunt Gloria Katherine Hunt, age 77, of North Muskegon passed away Thursday at the Heartland Nursing Center in Whitehall . She was born on Jan. 26, 1926 , in Walkerville to Loyd and Lulu (Olds) Murphy and married Joseph Walter Hunt on Sept.16, 1945 in Hesperia. She retired from Gerber Products Company in 1985 after 33 years and was an avid bowler, sometimes bowing 4 times a week. Gloria is survived by her loving children, Darleen (Russel) Johnson of Elkhart, IN; Dianna (Dale) Wiggers of Whitehall; Debra (Carl) Murat of Muskegon; David (Lisa) Hunt of Twin Lake; Daniel (Sue) Hunt of Twin Lake; Joseph (Tracie) Hunt of Holton; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; her sister, Leva Zeller of North Muskegon; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Walter in 1986; her sister, Neva Ives and brothers, Ivan, Dale Clare, and Donald Murphy; twin grandchildren Kathryn Mae and Laverne Edward McDonald, .preceded her in 1965 shortly after birth, Funeral services were held on Monday, April 28, 2003 from the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel with Pastor Robert Ferry of the Emmanuel Congregational Church presiding with interment in the Oakwood Cemetery in Holton.
