Greg S. Schulz, age 43 of White Cloud, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 13, 2014. Greg was born on March 18, 1971 in Fremont and graduated from Newaygo High School in 1990. Greg married Kathryn Gibson on June 24, 1995 in White Cloud and was a member of the 7th Day Baptist Church in White Cloud. Greg had been a truck driver and delivery person for Patten Monument Company for many years and recently started driving truck for the Hirschbach Motor Lines in Illinois. Greg was an outdoorsman where he enjoyed fishing and hunting; was an avid University of Michigan fan and Detroit Tigers Fan and enjoyed playing softball. Greg also had been the softball coach for his daughters softball teams and enjoyed following his daughters sports programs. Greg is survived by his wife, Kathryn; his daughters, Taryn (Shawn) Farmer of Newaygo; Allison Schulz of White Cloud; Hallie Schulz of White Cloud; his mother, Cheryl Cruzan (Mark Weatherford) of White Cloud; his sister, Christy (Dean) Crotser of Newaygo; his mother-in-law, Marilyn Goodrich of White Cloud; foster parents, Larry and Raakeli Watt of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, great aunt and uncles, and cousins. VISITATION : Monday, August 18, 2014 from 4-7pm at Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICES : Tuesday at 11am at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel. Friends are encouraged to dress in sports attire during the visitation and funeral services. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS : White Cloud High School Athletic Program or Kids Free Fishing Day in White Cloud.
