Harry J. Dorman, age 76, of Muskegon went home to be with his Lord on Monday, May 25, 2015. Harry was born on January 8, 1939, in Kalkaska to Forrest Gersman and Mary Elizabeth (Berry) Dorman and married Delores Fay Lattin on March 8, 1958, in Holton. Harry had worked at Lorin Industries Inc. in Muskegon for over 38 years and was a member of the Olivet Evangelical Free Church in Spring Lake. Harry enjoyed the outdoors and Gods nature with everything involved. He loved sports of any kind and enjoyed watching his family play. Harry is survived by his devoted wife, Delores; children, Vicki (Dennis) Rosema of Roosevelt Park, LuAnn (Roger) Anderson of Muskegon, and Robert (Brenda) Dorman of Spring Lake; grandchildren, Melissa Rosema, Zachary Rosema, Jared (Melissa) Rosema, Nathan (Ashley) Dorman, Scott Anderson, Bob (Sarah) Dorman, Melinda (Travis) Bramer, and Megan Dorman; 5 great grandchildren; brothers and sister, Henry William Dorman of Kalkaska, Martha Elizabeth Elliott of Arizona, Vear Gean (Sharon) Dorman of Kalkaska, Timothy Allen (Susan) Dorman of Rapids City; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Marion Forrest Dorman. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, May 29, 2015, at the Olivet Evangelical Free Church (6790 Harvey Street Spring Lake, MI 49456) with Pastor Craig Cramblet officiating. There will be visitation with the family at the church prior to the service starting at noon. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Kalkaska.
