Gardenour, Helen Frances Helen Frances Gardenour, age 82, of Grant passed away on May 5, 2005, at Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. She was born on May 1, 1923, in Newaygo to Vernon and Hazel (Vanderbough) Crawford and married Robert Lyle Gardenour on October 7, 1940, in Newaygo. She is survived by her children, Sharon (Charles) Gleason of Fremont, Marlene (Paul) Woodrum of Muskegon, Lyle (Carol) Gardenour of Florida, Carl (Dawn) Gardenour of Holton, Robert (Patrice) Gardenour of Muskegon, and Larry (Diane) Gardenour of New Hampshire; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren, sisters, Lillian Anderson of Alto, Patricia Crothers of Florida, and Arline (Stan) Hartger of Fremont She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lyle in 1984; son, Cecil Gardenour; daughter, Debrah Gardenour; grandson, John Robert Gardenour; brother, Ike Crawford; and sister, Jen Synder.
