Henry J. "Stub" VanderLinde Sr., 69, of White Cloud passed away Wednesday morning September 13, 2000, at home. He was born February 11, 1931, in Grand Rapids to James and Mary (Dewigetins) VanderLinde. He was a diesel mechanic and a member of the Teamsters Local #406. He is survived by his wife Carol Saulis VanderLinde of White Cloud; daughters Susan (John) Barnett of Evart, Karen VanderLinde of Grand Rapids, Ann Harrison of White Cloud, and Cindy Howe of White Cloud; sons Henry (Cindy) VanderLinde Jr. of Grand Rapids, Brian (Audrey) VanderLinde of Leroy and T.J. Saulis of White Cloud; 20 grandchildren; several greatgrandchildren; brothers Jerry Schuhman, Al VanderLinde, and Don (Betty) VanderLinde; sisters Marge Fischer, Fran Schindler, Peg VanderLinde, and Marie (Don) VandenBos all of Grand Rapids. Services were held on Saturday September 16, 2000, at the Crandell Funeral Home Chapel in White Cloud with interment in Morley Cemetery.
