Howard Junior Keith, age 71 of White Cloud, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023 at his home. Howard was born on June 9, 1951 in Coldwater, Michigan to Howard F. and Josephine M. (Phair) Keith and moved to the White Cloud area at the age of 6 months. Howard graduated from White Cloud High School in 1969 and married Candace Williams on January 29, 1972 in White Cloud. Howard had been Plant Manager for OJ Briggs Lumber Company in White Cloud for 21 years until his retirement and then worked part time as an assembler at Walmart in Muskegon until his final retirement. Howard had enjoyed fishing, being in the Michigan outdoors hunting and tinkering on lawnmowers. He was a friend of the White Cloud United Methodist Church. Howard is survived by his wife, Candace of White Cloud; his sons, Anthony "Tony" (significant other, Mary Jo Tibbe) Keith of White Cloud; Andrew (April) Keith of White Cloud; 7 grandchildren, Ashley (Gerald) Taylor; Kelly (Stephen) Chicky; Kenzie Keith; Zane Keith, Lillie Keith; Grace Boisvert; Aimeejo Boisvert; 7 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Josephine and his sister, Joyce Foster. VISITATION : Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 11am – 12pm at the White Cloud United Methodist Church. MEMORIAL SERVICES : Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at the White Cloud United Methodist Church. INTERMENT : Big Prairie Everett Township Cemetery.
