Ila Mae Page, age 83 of White Cloud, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, February 4, 2019 at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont. Ila was born on September 29, 1935 in White Cloud to Virginia Davis and has been a lifelong resident of the White Cloud area. Ila married the love of her life, Albert Page on May 30, 1951 in White Cloud and together they celebrated 31 years together until Albert passed away on June 22, 1984. Ila never remarried because she said, "I'll never find another Albert". Ila enjoyed being a stay at home mother when her daughters were growing up and after her girls were grown and out of the house, she started work at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in the housekeeping department until her retirement. Ila was an avid bowler, but her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren play sports. Ila is survived by her five daughters, Vicki (David) Parrotte of Grand Rapids; Barb (Duane) Liescheidt of White Cloud; Karen (Jerry) Poplin of Wesley Chapel, North Carolina; Laura (Rob) Arnold of White Cloud; Joyce (Brad) Winchel of Fremont; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; her sisters and brothers, Phyllis Green of White Cloud; Nancy Clark of Newaygo; Darrell (Sharon) Davis of Howard City; August (Helen) Davis of White Cloud; several nieces and nephews. Ila was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Craigmyle; her loving fathers, Chauncey Davis and Clarence Craigmyle; two infant sons, Carl and Calvin Page; and her sister, Ruth Craigmyle.
