Westbrook, Ilah I. Ilah I. Westbrook, age 88 of Fremont, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at the Altercare Nursing Home in Big Rapids. She was born on September 28, 1915 in Williamston, Michigan to George Henry and E. Maude (Warner) Landenberger and moved to Newaygo County in 1943. She had worked at the Gerber Products Company in Fremont for 32 years until her retirement in 1979. She was a member of AARP and had been active in the Senior Citizens Group in White Cloud for several years. She is survived by her children, Darrell (Susan) Price of Big Rapids; Sandra Shananaquet of Big Rapids; Richard (Sharon) Foland of Conklin, Michigan; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Price in 1968 and by her sister, Jean Landenberger. Funeral services were held at the Sherman Township Cemetery following cremation with Funeral Celebrant Curt A. Crandell presiding.
