Brandt, Ingeborg O. Ingeborg O. Brandt, age 106 of White Cloud, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2007 at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont. Ingeborg was born on April 19, 1901 in White Cloud, the eighth child of Albert and Brita (Bjork) Brandt and the only sister to 7 older brothers. Ingeborg grew up in White Cloud and at the age of 20 moved to Muskegon where she was a time clerk at Continental Motors and Brunswick Corporation. She later moved back to White Cloud at age 31 to the family home where she was born to help her mother and continued to work as a cashier in several grocery stores in White Cloud until her retirement in 1966. Ingeborg loved to travel, enjoyed baking, taking walks, visiting with friends and neighbors in White Cloud and had a good sense of humor. She had also been a member of the Neisbro Efficiency Club which assisted the Swedish community members in White Cloud in times of difficulty. Ingeborg also enjoyed reading her Bible until her eyesight prevented her from seeing. She is survived by 2 nephews, Jim (Diane) Brandt of Grand Ledge; Ken (Sharon) Brandt of Marietta, Georgia; her special friend, Linda Williams of White Cloud; numerous great nieces, nephews and several great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her 7 brothers. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 from the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with interment in the White Cloud Cemetery.
