Jack Robert Cushman, age 44 of Fremont, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 13, 2021 at the Spectrum Health Big Rapids Campus in Big Rapids. Jack was born on September 29, 1976 in Fremont to John Edward and Mildred Jean (Daunis) Cushman Sr. and has been a lifelong resident of the area. Jack enjoyed working puzzles, watching television and bowling. Jack is survived by his parents, John and Mildred Cushman Sr. of Fremont; his sisters and brother, Mary (Brian) Frey of Twin Lake; Vonda (Jeff Gallup) Cushman of Luther, Michigan John Cushman Jr. of Fremont; his nieces and nephews, Blake, Travis, Hannah, Miranda, Megan and Ty; great nephew, Jackson. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 1pm at the Faith Baptist Church 7729 W. 48th Street Fremont MI with a time of visitation from 12-1pm at the church and time of fellowship at the Hesperia American Legion following the services. Interment will be in the Clark Cemetery in Fremont. Friends may consider memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society in Grand Rapids in memory of Jack.
