Edwards, Jack K. Jack Edwards, 87 of Newaygo, passed away Monday, April 17th, 2006, surrounded by family, in his home in Newaygo, Michigan. He was born Jack Keifer Edwards in Newaygo County, Michigan, the son of Lyle and Alice (Conner) Edwards of Newaygo, on December 13, 1918. He married Ruby Blue on September 16th, 1942, in Sault Lake City, Utah. He is survived by his wife, Ruby, along with one child, Bonnie (Stan) Thomas; four grandchildren, Jaclyn Nickel, Alissa Bull, Keryl Grimard, and Erica Boyd; seven great-grandchildren, Breanna Grimard, Kaela Grimard, Ryan Nickel, Kyle Nickel, Tyler Nickel, Shelby Boyd, and Jackson Boyd; one sister, Mary Smith; nephew, John (Dolly) Smith; cousin, Mary Sue Marlowe and son Michael Zajic; also by numerous nieces and nephews. A brother, Bill Edwards, preceded him in death in 1945 - WWII. A memorial service was held at the Newaygo United Methodist Church on Thursday, April 20, 2006.
