Jacqueline Jackie A. Nottingham, age 80 of Hesperia, formerly of Nunica, passed away Friday, March 18, 2011 at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont surrounded by her husband and children. Jackie was born on October 11, 1930 in New Bedford, Massachusetts to Arthur and Melina (Boudreau) Paquette Sr. and later married Benjamin Earl Nottingham on October 8, 1955 in Wyondotte, Michigan. Jackie had been a registered nurse and homemaker and enjoyed quilting, gardening, walking, reading, listening to music and playing the ukulele Jackie had been a longtime member of the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Coopersville and was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Hesperia. Jackie was also a member of the Low Vision Support Group. Jackie is survived by her husband, Benjamin of Hesperia; her children, Paul Nottingham of Coopersville; Nancy (Leonard) Brauer of Hesperia; Marsha Nottingham of Howell, Michigan; Laura (Craig) Weekley of Lake Villa, Illinois; Neil Nottingham (special friend, Lisa Durgan) of Muskegon; Robin (Bill) Sidebotham of Dorr, Michigan; Matthew Nottingham of Norton, Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Katie, Michael, Rick, Chris, Brad, Angie, Casey, Payton, Cooper, Ruby, Deacon, Jackie, Danielle; 3 great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Zachary, Serenity; her brothers and sisters, Arthur Paquette Jr. of Fairhaven, Massachusetts; Jean Wood of New Bedford, Massachusetts; Raymond Paquette of Middlebury, Vermont; Patricia Bibeau of Metairie, Louisiana; Paul Paquette of Crozet, Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Edward Friend; sister, Connie Paquette and brother, Leo Paquette. VISITATION : Sunday, March 20, 2011from 5-8pm at Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont and Monday, March 21, 2011 from 10 -11 a.m. at the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Coopersville. MASS OF RESURRECTION : Monday, March 21, 2011 at 11am at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Coopersville. INTERMENT : Abson Cemetery in Walkerville.
