Jacqueline Esther Hill, age 85, of White Cloud went to be with her Lord on Monday, April 18, 2022. She was born in Lansing to Stanley and Berneice (Mix) Reed and married Billy Arthur Hill on April 14, 1955. Jackie and Bill were married for sixty-four years. Jackie went to Germany with Bill while he was in the United States Army. Upon their return they attended the Grand Rapids School of Bible and Music and Jackie later served the Lord in many ways as Bill pastored several churches. Jackie loved studying the Bible, and taught Sunday School for many years. Jackie enjoyed bowling, sewing, fishing, and most of all Jackie cherished her time spent with her family. Jackie is survived by her children, Cathy (David) Sjostrom of Iron River, Steve (Brenda) Hill of Laingsburg, Jonathan (Sherry) Hill, also of Laingsburg, David Hill of Fort Wayne, and Billy Hill Jr., of Holton; brothers, Richard (Linda) Reed and Tom (Nancy) Reed; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill in 2019; granddaughter, Cynthia; grandson, Chad; brother, Stanley "Ed" Reed; and half-sister, Victoria Scuse. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Jackie's Life will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at the Aetna Calvary Church with Pastor Justin Blackwood officiating.
