James Stephen Booher, 90, of Hesperia, passed away peacefully on December 22nd, 2025.

Jim was born on January 7th, 1935 to James and Manila (Gleason) Booher in Hesperia, MI. Jim lived his entire life in Hesperia.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers and 2 sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Rita (Carr) Booher, children, Steve (Pam) Booher, Barb (Jim Roberson) Booher, Rana (Mark) Harrald, and Benny (Amanda) Booher, Grand Children, Stacey Booher, Cody Harrald, Hannah Booher, and Joshua Booher, and brother, Denny (Charlene Santiago) Booher.

Jim was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Hesperia. He was a golfer and loved to bowl. He could often be found playing cards at the American Legion or at home reading.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held in the spring with lunch immediately follow the service all at Christ The King Catholic Church, 263 S Elm St, Hesperia, MI 49421. A date will be announced in the spring for the service and lunch.
