James J. Hughes, age 15, of White Cloud passed away on February 8, 2016. James was born on June 9, 2000, in Detroit, the son of Jeffrey Kenneth and Margaret Sue (Jenkins) Hughes and was a student at White Cloud High School. James enjoyed fishing, hunting, video games, and basketball. James is survived by his father, Jeff of White Cloud; brother, Nicholas Nico; and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret; grandparents, Luther and Draxie Jenkins and Kenneth and Margaret Hughes. Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at the White Cloud Church of God with Bishop Jim Fader officiating. There will be visitation one hour prior to the service at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the White Cloud Church of God Connect Youth Ministries Program.
