Jan L. Rademacher, age 53 of White Cloud, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 23, 2003 at the Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. She was born on January 9, 1950 in St. Johns, Michigan to John and Leila Moore and married Mike Rademacher in 1971 in Maple Rapids, Michigan. She has been a resident of White Cloud since 1971 where she had worked at the First State Bank of White Cloud for 10 years and for the past 10 years as a teachers assistant at the Jack D. Jones Elementary School in White Cloud. She was a member of the White Cloud United Methodist Church where she has been active for many years, was active with the White Cloud Quiz Bowl Teams and enjoyed reading. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Mike of White Cloud; her children, Ryan (Amy) Rademacher of Fremont; Betsy Rademacher and companion, Ryan Harris of Saline, Michigan; her mother, Leila Moore of St. Johns, Michigan; her sister, Marilyn (John) Bernath of Elsie, Michigan; her niece, Kim and her nephew, Bruce; brother-in-law, Kirk Burl of Ashley, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her father, John Moore and a brother-in-law, Dick Rademacher. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, August 26, 2003 from the White Cloud United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeff Bowman presiding with interment in the Duplain Township Cemetery near St. Johns, Michigan. Friends may consider the White Cloud United Methodist Church for memorial contributions.
