Jane G. Braddy, age 92 of Newaygo, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at her daughter's home in White Cloud. Jane was born on July 15, 1929 in Muskegon to John and Josephine (Duram) Hendricks. Jane had been a cashier at Kroger in her younger years and later was a production worker at Medallion in Spring Lake until her retirement in 1994. Jane moved to the Newaygo area in 1987 from Muskegon and enjoyed making ceramics, baking, organizing activities at her apartment complex in Newaygo and had been the treasurer of the Newaygo County Senior Citizens group. Jane had been an active member of the Rice Lake Baptist Church in Grant and was a devoted Christian as well as a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother to her family. Jane is survived by her children, Rochelle "Shellie" (Ed) Perigo of White Cloud; Roy "Larry" (Holly) Braddy of Deltona, Florida; 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; many nieces and nephews. Jane was preceded in death by her son, Duane Braddy, her daughter, Cheri Anderson; her grandson, Roy L. Braddy, 2 grandchildren at birth; her daughter-in-law, Cheryl Braddy; all of her sisters and brothers, Eugene Hendricks, Herman Hendricks, Karen Hendricks, Colleen Stafford; Donna Jean Hendricks; Marlene McPherson; Katherine "Kay" Heil.
