Janice Arvilla Morrison, a sweet loving soul departed this earth on July 9 2021 at the age of 69. In spite of her limitations, Janice lived a life filled with fun outings. Shopping was one of her favorites things to do at the Mall or Dollar Stores, as well visiting local parks, McDonalds for french fries, Big Apple Bagel for coffee and her annual Halloween Party in Traverse City. She loved her dog Lucy and birthday parties with cake and ice cream. She is survived by her sister Lois (Jim) Castle of Traverse City and her brother Dennis (Faith) Morrison of Holton and several nieces and nephews. Janice's Father Robert N. and Mother Helen E. (Baker) Morrison preceded her in death. Janice's family wishes to thank all her caregivers over the years and the most recent ones: Cassie, Jen, Darci and Sandy and all the staff at the Brooks Home - Samaritis, in Muskegon, Michigan. Much appreciation goes to those at HealthWest Muskegon County who aided Janice in maintaining good health and provided guidance in her lifestyle. Following the family's wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date as Janice was donated to the Michigan State University Willed Body Program – Grand Rapids Campus.
