Jean Sipe, age 87, of White Cloud, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017, at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont. Jean was born on December 15, 1929, in Clyde, Ohio, to Bert C. and Blanche Mae (Hufflick) Stokes and later married Ralph C. Sipe. Ralph preceded her in death on December 19, 1991. Jean enjoyed gardening, John Wayne movies, traveling with husband Ralph, and cherished her time with her family. Jean was very proud to be a foster grandparent for many years, making a difference in the lives of many children. Jean was a member of the New Life Assembly of God.

Jean is survived by her daughter, Christine (Joseph Jr.) Kosla of White Cloud; grandson, David (Lexi Alvesteffer) Kosla of Ludington; and great-grandchildren, David Jr. and Selena.

A memorial service celebrating Jean's life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, February 18, 2017, at the New Life Assembly of God in White Cloud. Interment will be in White Cloud Cemetery.
