Jeanette M. Grant, age 79 of White Cloud, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at her home following a lingering illness Jeanette was born on September 29, 1936 in Sparta to Fred Richard and Ella Mabel (Hile) Longcore. Jeanette has been resident of the White Cloud area for the past 10 years and enjoyed reading, puzzle and word search books. Jeanette had served in the United States Army. Jeanette is survived by her children, Pat (Tammy) Grant of White Cloud; Eve (Cliff) Lyons of Chase; Ruth (Richard) Bentley of Hersey; Richard Grant of Rockford; Dawn Fry of Las Vegas; John Grant; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; her brother, Fred Longcore of Sparta. Memorial services will be held at a later date at the family home following cremation. Friends may consider memorial contributions to the Grant family, c/o Crandell Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses in memory of Jeanette.
