Jennifer Kay Smith, age 64 of Clinton Township, Michigan, passed away April 25, 2022 at Harper University Hospital in Detroit. Jennifer was born on July 4, 1957 in Fremont to Leonard and Dorothea Smith and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1975. Jennifer had been a Medical Transcriptionist for many years. The Divine Mercy Center was a large part of her life the past 10 years where she was a faithful prayer warrior and volunteer. She had great love for her grandchildren, music, laughter, gardening, her many faithful canine companions and was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers. She is survived by her son, Taylor J. (Rachel) Smith; her son, Joshua Lipe; her grandchildren, Addison Smith, Aiden Smith, Theodore Smith; her siblings, David Smith, Charles Smith, Thressa (Artie) Hoekstra, Steve (Vicki) Smith, Richard Smith and her many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Dorothea Smith, and her brother Michael Smith.
