Jeremy Scott Jordan, age 48, of Fremont passed away on Sunday March 28, 2021, at his home. Jeremy was born on August 19, 1972, in Muskegon and was the son of Nathan Laverne Jordan and Elaine Downing. Jeremy met Lisa Linn Swanson in December of 1992 and later married his love on September 28, 2002. Jeremy was a mechanical engineer and worked for Quality First Fabrication in Grant, was an outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing, and rock collecting. Jeremy is survived by his loving wife, Lisa; children, Jarod Lee (Alicia Jaimes) Jordan of Fremont and Jessica Lynn Jordan of Fremont; grandchildren, Jaxson Austin and Jayne Marie; sisters, Michelle Ann (Kevin Carr) Jordan of White Cloud and Sara Lynn (Randy) Simpson of Walkerville; mother, Elaine (John) Jamieson; father, Nathan (Linda) Jordan; step-brothers and step-sisters, Scott (Linda) Nelson, Debbie (Rick) Cain, Kevin (Cathie Ray) Nelson, Sheri (Richard) Fiet, and Ryan (Autumn) Jamieson. He is also survived by his biological family, Donald (Linda) Sterling, Cheryl and Donny Sterling, Miriam and Chad Olech, Tracy Olsen, and Kenny Olsen. He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Denise Lynn Jordan and step-brother, Kyle Jamieson. Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 PM on Monday April 5, 2021, and on Tuesday from 3 – 4 PM prior to the service at the Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont. A Celebration of Life for Jeremy will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 4 PM with Pastor Ron VanSyckle officiating. During the visitation and service, a limited number of people will be permitted into the funeral home and friends will need to rotate in and out and with face coverings being required.
