Jeremy Shawn Schoenmaker, age 48, of Rockford passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Golden Life Assisted Living in Rockford. Jeremy was born on October 31, 1974, in Muskegon to Bruce Wayne Schoenmaker and Patricia Dempsey. Jeremy enjoyed video games and lived life to the fullest. Jeremy is survived by his father, Bruce (Naomi) Schoenmaker of Newaygo; grandmother, Clara Schoenmaker; and sister, Beth (Robert) Degand. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Schoenmaker. There will not be any services at this time for Jeremy.
