Jerry John JJ Frantz, age 25 of White Cloud, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009 at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. JJ was born on November 10, 1983 in Fremont to Jerry and Martina (Chaney) Frantz. JJ has been a lifelong resident of the White Cloud area and married Danielle Ebert on June 17, 2006. JJ had been a wiring technician in the manufacturing industry and was an avid MSU fan. JJ was currently the Youth Group President of the White Cloud Eagles and was past president of the Michigan Eagles Youth Group. JJ is survived by his wife, Danielle of White Cloud; his son, Gavin Frantz of White Cloud; his mother and stepfather, Tina (Irv) Ryan of White Cloud; his father, Jerry Frantz of White Cloud; step children, Garret, Gabriel and Griffen; step sisters, Terri (Scott) Nelson of Cedar Springs; his mother-in-law, Ruth (William) Trap of Newaygo; his father-in-law, Danny Ebert of White Cloud; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ronald & Mary Chaney and John & Gladys Frantz. Memorial services were held on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 11am at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with Pastor Lucky Fulton of the Amazing Grace Acres Church presiding with interment in the Kalkaska Cemetery with his grandparents.
