Jessica Nicole Johnson, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the age of 28. Born and raised in Fremont, Michigan, Jessica's vibrant spirit touched the lives of everyone around her.

Jessica was a passionate soul who found immense joy in music, playing her guitar, camping, and hula hooping. She had a natural flair for art and cooking, and she shared her creations generously with those she loved. Her green thumb was evident in the garden she tended with care, filling her space with the beauty of nature. Jessica's infectious smile was her hallmark, always ensuring her loved ones left her presence with a lighter heart. Dedication to presenting herself with elegance and a knack for mischief added to her many charms. She was an avid participant in music festivals, where she found a community that celebrated her uniqueness. Jessica's love extended to her cherished feline companions, Peach and Jasmine, and she was known to be an avid cat lover. Always a source of laughter and light-hearted trouble, Jessica's quirky antics are fondly recalled by her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving mother, Debra LaBelle, and siblings: Wendy Welch, Wade Johnson, Shawn (Jaimie) Johnson, Eric (Brittany) Fowler, Stephanie LaBelle, Steve (Stacy) LaBelle, and Samantha Johnson. Her extended family includes many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews who will all deeply miss her presence. Jessica was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Johnson, nephew Jacob Arquette, and grandparents, Dorothy and Lloyd LaBelle, Verna Coon, and Carl Johnson.

In honor of Jessica's life, a celebration will be held on Saturday, November 8, at 10:00am at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church with a luncheon to immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to support unexpected future expenses, helping to ease the burden during this difficult time.
