Joann Rucker, age 73 of White Cloud, formerly of Imlay City, Michigan, passed away Monday, January 20, 2014 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Joann was born on August 16, 1940 in Neelyville, Missouri to Irving and Thelma (Tucker) Crenshaw and later married Kenneth Rucker on February 28, 1970 in Pontiac. Joann had worked at General Motors Company in Pontiac for 10 years and then became a homemaker. Joann and Ken started coming to the White Cloud area in 1969 and after retirement moved to the White Cloud area permanently in 1996. Joann was a member of the White Cloud Eagles and enjoyed quilting, fishing and camping. Joann is survived by her husband, Ken of White Cloud; her children, James Marino of White Cloud; Kenni Marino of Grand Rapids; Scott (Sharon) Marino of White Cloud; Todd (Jenny) Marino of Pontiac; Tracy (Jennifer) Marino of Lapeer; her grandchildren, Daemeon, Alyssa, Timothy, Nicholas, Kayla, Gabrielle, Richard and Samantha; her sisters, Bea (Bob) Worsley of Tell City, Indiana; Brenda (Marvin) Stump of Flat Rock; her brother, Ron Crenshaw of Alabama. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lorraine Smith. VISITATION : Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 11-1pm at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with FUNERAL SERVICES: 1 pm at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel.
