Joanne Carrier, age 68 of Holton, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, August 14, 2014. Joanne was born on December 13, 1945 in Fremont to Leroy and Myra S. (Kennedy) Parrott and later married Charles Carrier on March 21, 1964 in Bridgeton Township. Joanne had been a welder at Dura Automotive for several years and enjoyed Nascar racing where she followed Dale Earnhart Sr. and Dale Earnhart Jr. Joanne also enjoyed fishing and bowling and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Bridgeton Joanne is survived by her husband, Charles of Holton; her children, Kenneth Carrier of Muskegon; Katrina (Chad) Syers of Hesperia; Kevin Carrier of Holton; 9 grandsons,1 granddaughter; 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karrie Jo Carrier Morin on September 11, 2010. FUNERAL SERVICES : Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 2pm at the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel with VISITATION from 12-2pm at the Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel.
