It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jody Lynn Dyer, age 61, who left us on his birthday, Saturday, September 28th, 2024, at his beloved home in White Cloud, MI. Born on Saturday, September 28th, 1963, in Hart, Michigan, Jody lived a life full of love, adventure, and an unwavering dedication to his family.

Jody spent many years working as a Fork Lift Operator, a testament to his hard work and perseverance. Beyond his employment, he was a passionate outdoorsman. He found joy in camping, fishing, working on vehicles, and four-wheeling with friends. His love for the open air and all its possibilities was only surpassed by the love he had for his children and grandchildren. Jody was, above all, a family man.

He is survived by his devoted spouse, Deb Dyer, and his beloved children: Robert English of Muskegon, Eric English of White Cloud, Brenda Dyer of White Cloud, and Joe Dyer of White Cloud. Jody was also a proud grandfather to thirteen grandchildren and a loving great-grandfather to one great-grandchild. His memory will be cherished by his siblings Brenda Parish, Terry Dyer, and Gail Martin, all residing in Texas, in addition to many nieces and nephews. Jody was preceded in death by his parents, Elva Smith Dyer and Martha Grace Dyer, and his brother, James Dyer.

To commemorate Jody's life, a celebration of life will be held at a later date, allowing friends and family to gather and share in their fond memories of a life well-lived. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to support unexpected costs. Your generosity during this difficult time is deeply appreciated.
