John Carl Brady, age 89, of Holton passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Fountain View of Grant. John was born on December 15, 1933, in Walnut Ridge Greene City, Arkansas, to George and Donna (Dailey) Brady and married Theaonna Lee Robbins on September 21, 1984, in Holton. He had worked at CWC Textron in in Muskegon until his retirement. John enjoyed camping, yard sales, and playing bingo. John is survived by his grandchildren, Jennifer (Dan) Nye, Felicia Brady, and Jason Brady; great-grandchildren, Kyle (Hollie) Nye, Kayla (Johnny) Nye, Alaisha Nye, Hayden Edel, and Breann (Axel) VandenBosch; great great-grandchildren Scarlett, Amelia, and Kyle; daughter-in-law, Dianne Brady; and many special friends. John was preceded in death by his wife, Theaonna "Tina" Lee Brady; son, Carl Brady; and his sister and several brothers. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 11Am to 1PM at the Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont. Interment will be in Clark Cemetery. There will be a time of luncheon and fellowship following the interment at the Holton American Legion Post #397.
